When will I receive my order?

It takes 3-7 business days for us to process an order, we will ship it to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows: USA (For orders managed from this country): Between 5 and 8 business days Europe (For orders managed from this continent): Between 5 and 8 business days International : 10-20 business days.

Where is my order shipped from?

We work with a print-on-demand company with management centers in America and Europe!

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?

International orders may incur additional customs charges. This rate is not under our control, and is the decision of your customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly between countries, so we recommend you speak with your local authorities to clarify this point.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What can I do?

Before contacting us, follow these steps:

  • Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
  • Ask for your order at your local post office.
  • Ask your neighbors in case the carrier had left your package for them. Avoid thefts. If you won't be home on the day of delivery, use your work address or where you will be. If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, contact us at info@emporiowinter.shop with your order number. If there is a problem with your shipping address, we can send your product again, but you will have to bear the costs.

Your ZIP code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure you enter it correctly.

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, contact us at info@emporiowinter.shop

I have received a wrong or damaged product. What can I do?

We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To solve it as soon as possible, send us an email to info@emporiowinter.shop within a week from the moment of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!

 

RETURNS

What is our return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges, since we print on demand and your product is unique and exclusive for you, but if something happens with your order, because it arrives in poor condition or defective, within a week from the time of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order, please contact us with all this information by sending an email to info@emporiowinter.shop

Do you offer refunds?

But if this were your case, please contact us at info@emporiowinter.shop with photos of your item and we will find a solution. Either send you a new article or we offer you a gift card or discount code for you to make another purchase.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you are not sure which size will fit you best, please check our size guides in the product descriptions.

It is not common, but it can happen that there is an error in the labeling of a product. If that were the case, contact us at info@emporiowinter.shop within a week from the moment of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item in question and we will help you as soon as possible.
